Venice - City of romantic stories

This is a city that has inspired poets, peoples who in love, and artists who often daydreams. Thus this place is also known as La Serenissima - which means "the most peaceful place".

Byron King once called this place as "fairy city of hearts". This place is known by the touching love story, as the capital of romance stories. This city make everyone crazy, attract both mind and heart of those who once came to visit this place. Then departed, the guests are always hungry to once again visit this beautiful city. Although this city is surrounded by shallow lakes, but its history is deep as the ocean beyond.



That is Venice.

Venice which was the capital of romance stories and tourist center, where it was built in a lagoon have many swamps on hundreds of artificial islands. It has 150 waterway, 400 bridges and hundreds of palaces, public squares were built from the 16th and 17th centuries. From a distance, this place like a buoy floating mysteriously above the water. Looking closely, you'll see this is a magnificent city with traditional appearance was the cultural center of Europe.


The thing that tourists come to this city like the most is no longer endure the noise and complex traffic in the a modern city, especially since cars were banned from circulation in this city. Instead, the canals have been replaced for the road. Boat ride along a winding river will bring tourists cruise and watch the old building has a long life. The main street is for pedestrians. You can roam on the narrow streets in Venice, listening to music performed by the street artist, sound of water pat on the river when the boat crossing, or simply listen to beat of your feet. If you do not have a lover, it's sure when come to Venice, you will want to find someone who intimates to share the same experience and enjoy the most wonderful time in this place.


Museums and palaces in Venice showcases many famous art works in the world. Featured are works painted by masters of art. They are Giovanni, Titian, Tintoretto, Giorgione, and many other artists. The only way you can explore every things in Venice is using a boat or on foot. You can make a trip no less romantic with your lover, walking together hand in hand, looking at the shops along the streets, the hotel zone lies nestled within the small alleys or the stone church was built since the 16th century - 17s and still stand by time.

St Mark's Square
Piazza San Marco (often known in English as St Mark's Square), is the principal public square of Venice, Italy, where it is generally known just as "the Piazza". All other urban spaces in the city (except the Piazzetta) are called "campi" (fields). The Piazzetta (the 'little Piazza') is an extension of the Piazza towards the lagoon in its south east corner (see plan). The two spaces together form the social, religious and political centre of Venice and are commonly both considered together. This article relates to both of them.

A remark usually attributed to Napoleon calls the Piazza San Marco "the drawing room of Europe". (The attribution to Napoleon is unproven). It is one of the few great urban spaces in Europe where human voices prevail over the sounds of motorized traffic.


San Marco Square, also known as St.Mark Square, was built in the 12th century and is one of the most famous place in Venice. At the end of the main square is the Roman church St.Mark famous. When you step inside, hit visitors right in the eye is extraordinarily beautiful views of the interior and design style of this church. Grand Canal and Rialto bridge
Grand Canal in Venice is the little waterway leads directly into the heart of Venice district. It has S shape and flows through the city. Along the waterfront there are many ferry, private boat service for tourists. You'll see beautiful buildings, the church is from 14th century to 18th century along the banks of the canal.

And you will come across the Rialto bridge connecting both banks of the narrow sides. It has become the representative image the Venice city and is one of the bridges are the most photographed in the world. This beautiful bridge is built of stone and completed in 1592 after the wooden bridge was destroyed because of the risk of collapse.

Sights bridge
This bridge connects the Ducal Palace Delle with Pallazo prison. Its name is thought to be the sigh of the prisoners when see the beauty of city the last time before being led to the locked room.


The trip would be imperfect if you do not go flat bottom boat cruises on the river in this city. With 30 minutes on the boat will cost about $ 150, but it's totally worth what you get. The sailers will sing Italian songs for you, or tell you stories of their Venice city that they're very proud of it. They may be say nothing but quiet for you to freely view spectacular scenery and listening paddles brandishing on the water, gently and slowly put the boat away.

Gorgeous Venice city, the most important feature of the city is, it is surrounded with sea. Venice is an experience that have to try at least once, It's buildings and the palaces with the amusing history worth seeing.
