Wonderful Copenhagen - Denmark

 
Copenhagen - the capital of Denmark - located on the Zealand island, the point of connection between continental Europe and Scandinavia, with diverse cultures and many distractions. The attractions of Copenhagen almost concentrated in the inner city, there are parks, recreations and entertainment around.

An interesting start for anyone who is visiting Copenhagen is climbing to unique spirals stairs to the observation platform of Rundetarn - Round Tower, one of symbols of Copenhagen, for a panoramic view of the city.

 
 If not satisfied yet, go to the Christianshavn to climb to the circle stairs outside the church bell tower Christ. Or go to Christiania, an autonomous community governments in the area of old navy from the 17th century with colorful buildings with great charm.

 South of Christiania have many old towns, the colorful and winding buildings suitable for those who prefer walking. Impressive city hall and the giant dome of the church Frederikskirke (also known as Marble Church) that is 31m length been regarded as the largest dome in Scandinavia.

Copenhagen has many things to visit. Those who love classical art may visit Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek - an impressive exhibition area with many paintings of the master artist such as Picasso, Leger and Matisse, enjoy large collection of paintings and statues and classical sculpture.If visitors like the classic art exhibition is to the north of Copenhagen - to Ordrupgaard museum to enjoy the works of Monet, Renoir, Degas and Gauguin. To change your sense of art, should head down south of Contemporary Art Museum Arken, an exhibition bringing world-class exhibits modern art works by contemporary Scandinavian artists with a wealth of other exhibitions. Nationalmuseet Museum in Ny Vestergade is where there are many exhibits relating to Danish history, weapons and uniforms of the Stone Age. If you want a useful trip with children at ages explore the outside world, will have many choices. Appropriate for children can be Experimentarium area, north of Copenhagen or Copenhagen Zoo in Frederiksberg - one of the oldest zoos in Europe. In downtown, the University of Copenhagen has two science museums side by side, called the Geological Museum, displaying fossils of dinosaurs, moon rocks and minerals... Botanical garden area situated opposite side of the road is a beautiful park suitable for walking with warm houses with palm leaves is a great place for tourists to rest if the cold weather outside. In Tycho Brahe Planetarium in Vesterbo is an alternative, a planetarium with interesting exhibits on astronomy, a special cinema with science films.

Tivoli is an amusement park and also a vibrant flower garden, at night flower garden is illuminated by 100,000 lights, built in 1843. Tivoli is the pride of the people of Copenhagen with many architectural styles, and entertainment for children and adults.
