I have never been to Russia, but the beauty of Russia was imprinted in my mind when I was a little child because of many Russia picture on the newspapers - especially the paintings of Russian artists. In the world art, Russia art plays an important segment in which Russia nature and scenes are painted with its special colors.
It can be said that the landscape artists are also the amazing travelers; they go everywhere to draw picture, and to find their endless inspiration from the man and nature.
Since I really love the beauty of Russia but have not been their, I travel to Russia in a different way and different side, the side of Russian artists. From the paintings, I can feel the soul of nature sent by the soul of the artists.
Talking about Russia landscape, I want to mention Issac, the intelligent artist with a lonely life. The paintings are like his life which contains the happiness as well as the sadness - loneliness merged with the nature and people of Russia.
Besides, talking about Levitan, we cannot miss his invaluable paintings - his most famous works - the "Yellow Autumn" (1895)
.... and the Spring when snow began to melt - "March" (1895)
However, the painting of Levitan which I like the most is the natural painting which containing a so moving loneliness, the loneliness with aspiration. The painting is called "Above the eternal silence" (1894).
Above that eternal silence, where are the people ? Above the eternal silence, is there any agitation inside our heart ?
