Sharing: Amazed by Vietnamese cuisine

"Recently, I have had an incredibly interesting trip in Asia in some countries like Hongkong, Vietnam, Cambodia. However, it can be said that the place which I've fallen in love with is Vietnam, especially Vietnamese foods are really wonderful" - said Mrs. Mia Stainby - a Canadian tourist from Vancouver - after tasting foods from 3 areas North - Middle - South in Vietnam - a country shaped like a letter S - according to papers Vancouver Sun.

In Hanoi, we did not miss the opportunity to taste the La Vong fried fish. They - the waiters - brought to our table a small brazier in order to let us ourselves fry the fried fish and taste it right at the table. The fried fish was processed with fennel and turmeric; it was eaten with rice noodles and peanuts. One evening, we went to a store selling spring rolls - the dishes made from pork, shrimp rolled by rice paper rolls - and I could ate freely those wonderful spring rolls.
